Read the check
The checks run when this page opens and refresh while it remains visible. A successful response means that the checked feature answered this browser. It does not establish that every destination, source or tool has been reviewed.
A failed check may reflect a connection problem or an unavailable feature. Other parts of the site can still work. Use the direct page or Search when that offers a useful alternative; do not repeatedly submit the same message while its delivery is uncertain.
When you are offline
An installed app may open a saved page without a current connection. That can support reading, but live actions and newer material may be unavailable. The last saved content is not a current service report.
Reconnect before relying on a recently changed instruction or sending a form. If a message does not show an acceptance receipt, keep the entered text and retry when the connection is available.
Report a failure
If one feature repeatedly fails, identify the page and action. State whether the problem occurs before input, after submission or when opening a result. These differences help narrow the issue without requiring private device details.
Do not send passwords, browser exports or account records. A concise description of what you expected and what you saw is enough to begin.
