Batch a drink
Measure concentrate, water and ice separately when melting or dilution changes the recipe.
A drink recipe is easier to repeat when quantities, temperature and the role of ice are written separately.
Multiply the prepared volume by the number of drinks, then keep the concentrate, added water and ice as separate ingredients. Taste and dilution should be checked before assuming a bigger batch behaves identically.
Write the final proportions alongside the glass size so the next batch starts from the same basis.
